Brooke is the white Azealia. no. Brooke is nice despite the not paying. Banks uses mental illness as an excuse for bad behavior when it should be an explaination and nothing more

I don't understand why people think Brooke is a joke. Can someone explain? Besides the tired point of cultural appropriation, idk what everyone is thinking. The cultural appropriation point is irrelevant bc Brooke did live in the hood and was homeless and abused for being gay, so she isn't appropriating anything, she's a part of it

Don't speak for black people. It's 100% cultural appropriation and she herself knows this which is why she changed her image. And no she's not from the hood. She was actually living pretty well until she was kicked out for coming out. She had no choice but to live in the hood. That doesn't excuse her for appropriating black culture. And it wasn't even really a good or heavily black area, it's a part of Cali where broke white folk live and its where there's a lot of trap houses. She wasn't out in Compton or in any actual ghettos. She also lived in New York. She's a stripper who appropriated black culture for a come up. Same as Iggy. She even had people remove old vids of her saying the n-word lmao. Brooke has a PAST lmao. Also don't call her a white azealia. Azealia is a talented black woman and doesn't need to be compared to someone with 0 talent and has gay men writing her raps. Y'all need to keep Azealia's name out your mouth cause she's moved on from being problematic while your white faves still 100% being 10x worse. Doesn't matter Azealia just said earlier that her and Brooke are gonna work for some stuff so we can 100% wait for the drama that will come out of that 💀💀 since SOPHIE doesn't use twitter and can't expose, then Azealia can lmao.

If someone had a racist past and apologized then I'd forgive but if she didn't apologize then I dont agree with that. However I don't think all black people are ratchet, so saying that it's black culture is counterproductive

However I don't think all black people are ratchet, so saying that it's black culture is counterproductive okay but since you're "black" you know how white artists emphasize all the shit black people do for fun. So you can pretend all you want but black girls created "ratchet" they birthed braids. They birthed overly sexual female rap. What brooke candy did was emphasize her small ignorant view on black culture and ran with it. Just like Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus. Brooke never apologized but changed. And it's a good change. Obviously not all black people are "ratchet" but where does that whole persona come from. Hood black girls. Nobody wants to give them their credit meanwhile your white faves tryna be them. "ratchet" is just a style and attitude, it has nothing to do with education level or anything. It's not even bad. It was cultural appropriation and trash. And she's trash for being a broke stripper and scamming the artists and producers and stylists she works with.

Besides the point, Brooke has had fans that were all races when she was doing rap. She has lost many fans since she has transitioned to pop. So clearly it ain't working too good. If she would pay up then we wouldn't be having this dumbass conversation in the first place!

This isn't the first time brooke has been accused of scamming.
