Yeah it's way more about community and sharing good tunes than showing off ur sik DJ skills or whatever. I have no musical background, and I had never made a mix before the first DOALB. I had no idea what I was doing but it turned out to be fun anyway. Now I've made six of them and it's still fun.
But of course, if you don't want to play a set, you're more than welcome to hang out and listen and chat as well!

Oh hey this is real soon! prob not gonna make a flyer because only one person other than myself is 100% confirmed for playing a set lol (shout out to saltbearer) So I guess it'll be a smaller affair than some of the past DOALBs (kinda expected that with the vastly different set time) but we can still have a good time yeah? |
