Does the uploaded of those visit these forums? I'm curious whether Numbers or Charli's labels filed the claim...

Looks like Numbers is responsible for the takedowns, as they filed the claims to have the songs taken off of Youtube. Seems as though SOPHIE's going to be the one releasing them then?

Does anybody have any insight into Sophie's relationship with Numbers? With the amount of unreleased Sophie material, and how sensitive they are about people posting live videos of Sophie, I'm inclined to think that there is some friction. Also curious how they feel about his relationship w/ PC.

Ok I sent hate mail to Numbers and this was their reply. I was surprised to receive a thoughtful reply after I basically said to go fuck yourself, so let's be nice to them. Now I feel like a jerk, lol.
"These were requested by the artist and we took them down on their behalf. Sorry that this has upset you, but it's their music... and we are there to help them at their request.
It's not really the case now that artists play stuff at a show and then want the music on YouTube. If it was then we would do that for them.
Some artists like it being up, others don't. There are no rules, they decide. This is the same with full tracks elsewhere - these things are more than often not a label decision... a good label will represent their artists in the way the artist intends."

[ That really puts a new light on things thank you for sharing, and if Sophie happens to be reading this, I'm sorry for encouraging the sharing of unreleased material

noisey.vice.com/blog/pop-never-sleeps-48-hours-in-las-vegas-with-charli-xcxNew interview with Charli in which she touches on the SOPHIE collabs. Sounds like she's just as in the dark as we are on when they're going to see an official release, but at least I guess we now know that (presumably) Let's Ride is actually titled "Vroom Vroom". 'Her enthusiasm multiplies when talking about what's next. A few weeks ago she released a collaboration with disco legend Giorgio Moroder called “Diamonds” but the two never actually met in person. She's been working with SOPHIE, the face of PC Music, too. “I love PC Music. It's intelligent and I like how they're fucking with people.” In January Charli went to Sweden with Rostam, MNDR, and SOPHIE who she invited out there. “We clicked and did four or five songs. One of them is called “Vroom Vroom.” I don't know if we'll put it out soon or if it'll be on my next record but my next record is gonna be the most electronic thing I've ever done.”'

Small update, but looks like at least some of this will be on Charli's third album

http://instagram.com/p/8lb2NHNnwg so Rostam (pop music producer + Charli's friend) was working with A.G COOK, i'm pretty sure it's something for Charli's album, since Charli has worked with Rostam on different music projects before, and they were in LA, Charli's Instagram post about A.G COOK, etc, like the SOPHIE X Charli tracks we have Rostam was involved in those tacks too, they worked together when they were in Sweden, and now A.G COOK, so thoughts ?
