That first one's really excellent, I know this sounds like a bit of a backhanded compliment but much better than I expected. Love the lead melody (and all the neat sound design in the world won't mask the lack of a good one), the "drop" might be a tad too pitch envelope-y but just pulling off that sound in a manner so reminiscent of PC Music is a feat. The other two are nice but seem more obviously like sketches whereas the first is pretty well-developed as it is. I'd post some of my stuff but I'm way too precious about them and hesitant to turn a good idea loose until I can fully realize it (which is to say become far better at music production than I currently am, and link up with people who can do what I can't for a song, so it might be a bit of a wait).

Okay so i did like three inspired songs.. Pop - soundcloud.com/ai-steam/popTogether - soundcloud.com/ai-steam/togetherLLE - soundcloud.com/ai-steam/lleThe first part of Pop is basically a cover of Drop FM (seriously rhymes with the titles), but then I tried to put my own spin on it after. Together was inspired by Beautiful and LLE is just me trying to put my own spin on the whole bubblegum bass thing... Self promotion feels weird so sorry for this but yeah, thank you for listening if you do!!!>>> EDIT* Also ellio... your songs are amazing, seriously. House party is bomb *_* Keep doing what you're doing!

Super dope. I want your squeaks/balloon rub sounds. The pops in Sugar-Free Holograms are nice too Are they VSTs you found or did you synthesize?

Linn plug, alpha VST my friend. I did sample a balloon in one song though, haha.

Oops what I meant to say was, did you use presets or synthesize them yourself?
If presets, which ones 0.0

There are like 500 presets, I just go through all of them and look for the weirdest sounding ones.

Do you listen to Perseus or did you just take the vocals straight from Ashanti? I love the Perseus track by the same name.

I just used the ashanti vocals, never heard the Perseus version.

Hey guys! Inaugural post here A friend of mine did a bang-up acapella filter of Pretty Girls and has been badgering me to remix it. I made this as a joke at his insistence since he's going through a vapor wave phase haha: soundcloud.com/valetgirls/pretty-girls-valet-girls-remix-snippetWhen I've finished it, I'll post it on here too And the rest of my SC's a ridiculous mess. I'm a huge Brit stan, so I've done some remasters/remixes/mashups (including the NIN's Closer/Slave 4 U mashup you've never asked for) and a random NMH cover featuring an me playing my oboe for a group cover album project. Yeah, it's weird. I'm hoping to focus more on makin some more PC Music-inspired tunes tho over the summer, so stay CONNECTED! And damn ELLIO, hella impressed!
