it's a little chatroom where u can stream audio and video to everyone in the room at the same time, u pick a little avatar and go to different rooms people make for different genres or whatever
just check the link on the first page of this thread and scope it out if u want, if there's not a party on there's rarely anyone on there though which kinda sucks
