dubtrack recently did a site redesign, it looks much nicer now and the UI is more familiar for former plug.dj users. There are still some differences though. Don't be afraid to use the "queue all" button to queue a playlist - you can still manage your queue with "my queue". "Room queue" shows the DJ order. The triangle button queues a track and the heart adds it to a playlist. I've said "queue" so many times in this post the word has become meaningless. I'm in the room now if you wanna check it out and share tunes.I'd be willing to organize a mix party. Having a poll thread to determine what times people are available worked well before, so I will make one soon. I'm thinking late November / early December so people who want to make mixes have time. edit: voting thread |

Granted it's even less populated than the plug room was but maybe you'll run into someone. I'll make an effort to be there more - but I don't wanna be alone in my dub room waiting to say hi  Oh and dubtrack added a feature to import soundcloud & youtube playlists, which is very awesome! |

 If you would like to play a set, you can let me know either on here or on twitter (my handle is in the image). We welcome all mixes, whether you threw it together in 5 minutes in Audacity or worked meticulously creating an original work entirely using FM synthesis. In the past, mixes have usually been about 15-25 minutes, but there's no real limit so if you wanna make a super long one that's cool too. If you don't think you'll be able to attend but still want to play a set, that's also fine! Just send me your youtube or soundcloud link before the party! |
