I lowkey believe that this track influenced some of bubblegum bass artists, check out that candy-coated main melody.

One of the most 'bubblegum dance' trends in the 00s was the '80s remixes' trend. This is one of the better ones I think.

Babycakes, according to wikipedia, came out in the summer of 2004, and keeps to that great 2000s dance trope of the music video being loaded with scantily clad, similarly dressed dancers. But put that aside for a minute: Listen to that dreamy, light xylophone beat that makes up the spine of the song. You combine that with the lightly sung chorus and lyrics often dipping into sexual double entendres and we find ourselves in PCM ancestor/precursor land. I bumped into it after watching that What's It Gonna Be music video on youtube and it came up in the related videos Used to love this song. They made another track 3 years that sounds great but never got a proper realease unfortunatley.

tagged as eurotrance. 2001 its all fun, I mean the aesthetics n shit look at the choreography n try not to laugh. i know everyone here might find humor in this but its genuine and true. a hidden gem ///Plus the synths panning in the intro that way tielsie does it

Saturday Night is great. I especially love MAX's cover:
Also The Ketchup Song was a hit in Brazil because a girl group did a cover, calling it "Ragatanga":

Wikipeida says they wrote this the day they all met. That's so wild

It's not on SoulSeek either (I mean, it wasn't when I searched it, but you can try your luck and leave it on your wishlist in hopes that someone who doesn't log on very often has it).

I don't remember if this is the right thread, but I was on a PCD binge and this came up, and this is THE MOST non-PCM PCM song I've ever heard. It's like, totally Dux Content or something like that. I'm still amazed.
