I know it’s your opinion but you can’t deny that the newer tracks are for more advanced in complexity and more technically impressive than OOH This is.....not true. Immaterial is so fucking basic, she said herself it felt "cheap." I think Ooh has a lot more going on in it than Immaterial does, just like most of the pre-2016 tracks. may be stylistically “cheap” which I’d have to disagree with, I think it’s great, but it’s so layered and complex. The harmonies, the modulation on the vocals, the transition into the chorus. It’s spectacular. I’m not denying that OOH is great, I just want to hear the final to make the judgement of that. |

Sorry, I shouldn’t have mentioned that but it’s not out to the public yet cause it’s a demo like 99% of her work. But it just goes to show how it’s both still better & as complex as immaterial (from 2011 [?]) + how much she recycles

yea infatuation is it cold and its okay to cry were really in their own production ballpark i feel like
most of the dance stuff on that album didnt rly feel consistent in terms of mixing or sound, and sophie knows this because she didnt really want 2 do an album anyways so
product is far more uniform as a whole but oil is just a concept album as is so whatever
