Is it OK to do some shameless self-promotion here? I have a weekly radio show called Digital Healing that I think some people here would enjoy! It used to be a more general new electronic music show, but recently I've tailored the focus to wonky / future bass / bubblegum bass. Think Secret Songs, Moving Castle, Donky Pitch, Hyperboloid, and JACK댄스 type stuff. I'm always looking to get interviews and guest mixes from artists, so send me a message if you'd like to be on the show! You can listen live here on Saturdays from 7 to 9 EST: wptsradio.org/?page_id=25I also have some old shows up here. Really should upload more, but school and work has been taking up too much of my time (plus I'm lazy): soundcloud.com/digital-healingwww.mixcloud.com/DigitalHealing/

I think it would be cool to have a calendar for this stuff - would make viewing recurring radio show etc and different timezones much easier (i think!). Erm if a mod sees this maybe we could do a page for this - i saw this online which looks like it should be easy enough: support.proboards.com/thread/458966/import-google-calendar(message me if u need help with the coding etc.!") --- btw, I have set up a new google account for this calendar ( streamsserviceworldwide at gmail.com ) and I could like share the password either by DM or cyptically - i mean it doesn't really matter if the calendar gets vandalised - but i doubt anyone here would do that haha - this bit is all redundant if the mods don't wanna add a new page for it i guess!! ---

I've gone ahead and made you a mod. Let me know if you can set-up the calendar, or what specifically I can do. Do we just create a thread and then import the calendar in? I'm not quite certain.

No, unfortunately it can't just be embedded into a thread/post. But it could be embedded into a page ( www.proboards.com/admin-guide/custom-pages/creating ) It should just be a matter of putting this iframe into the new page: <iframe src="https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=streamsserviceworldwide%40gmail.com" style="border: 0" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe> I had a look, but mod status doesn't give me permission to do that. Not that I would have added anything without checking it is ok first!

cool looks good - I'd suggest changing the size a bit to: width="100%" height="800" Does it automatically show in your timezone? I just added the 3 radio shows that were mentioned in this thread which I think are weekly (?) - I hope I put them at the correct times! If anybody wants to add any livestreams, radio shows, things of interest! then go to www.google.com/calendar/ and sign in with streamsserviceworldwide@gmail.com and the password c4ndyl3monb1pp (the actual password is that but with the letters not numbers... does that make sense haha!) or if you want to add/modify them from your existing google account then let me know what your address is and I will add you as a calendar manager.

Nice! The calendar is a great idea, it will be great having a place to keep track of all PC Music events happening in different places.

It says at the bottom of the calendar that the time zone shown is for London. Was it supposed to automatically update to my time zone? I'm going to edit and sticky this thread to say Event Calendar (streams/radio_shows/spf_420) and then have a link to the calendar in 'lost in the file system's" post at the top for general ease.

Hmm that's annoying I thought it would either autodetect or have a little menu where you can select your timezone.
We could probably make summin to do it - Do we have any programmers here who may have time!!?? I could give it a go, but I'm not the most experienced with that stuff.
We could do with a dropdown for preferred timezone which then changes the URL for the iframe
(e.g. <iframe src="https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=streamsserviceworldwide%40gmail.com&ctz=Europe/London" style="border: 0" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe> for London and <iframe src="https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=streamsserviceworldwide%40gmail.com&ctz=America/Los_Angeles" style="border: 0" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe> for LA)
