That's not how the industry works and that's not how people work. Again the statement still stands. You can do business and not fuck with somebody. For example Chris Brown and Drake don't fuck with each other but have worked and toured together numerous times. Business is business. Friendship is a whole different thing. I'll allow you to have your whole "peace on earth" mantra. This isn't the first time Liz has shaded Charli. Pause. But go off.

You guys, she's OBVIOUSLY talking about Charli. Remember Charli's documentary The F Word And Me? It's literally about feminism.

In the scene where Charli talks about Liz, Charli repeatedly calls Liz a "friend." "Feminist" "friend" = Charli.

I'm guessing that Liz has tried contacting Charli about recording with her but has not gotten a response. If not, Charli has probably excluded her to some other extent. 

To make this all more dramatic, Charli was aware of Liz's collaboration with SOPHIE while she was on the Sucker tour. Remember how Charli cancelled half of her tour to go to the studio with SOPHIE? She had found a new sound and immediately capitalized on it.

Liz is mad because Charli stole her sound, and she can get away with it because she is already popular. And Liz cannot say this out loud because she shares such a large fanbase with Charli and the PC Music crew. She has no choice but to go along with the charade and pretend that everything is good in the hood. Hannah too. Why do you think Louby McLoughlin (Charli's stylist in the Sucker era) is working with both Hannah and Liz? They're a team of people who Charli has used and disposed of.

Business is business.

Being thirsty for drama enough to make wild logic leaps to 'expose' people is really not healthy, and I know its 'what stans do' but its not good

Okay, I'm deliberately starting on a hyperbolic foot bc this immediately follows the DLH thread. But LIZ is mad recently. What about these tweets?

I. she hears similarities between 5H's Work From Home and her own work, as well as siding with Terror Jr. being 'ripped off'


II. it ain't going well with Mad Decent


Do I KNOW that Liz is mad at producers for commidifying her sound instead of Charli? No. (It seems infinitely more likely to me based on the above, but that's not my point.) Do I KNOW that Liz ISN'T mad at Charli? Equally no.

My point is, you can easily find narratives anywhere you look if I wanted to come for SOPHIE, it would be easy; they clearly had at least a few collaborations planned, including WIRTW and High School Luv, but the latter clearly fell through because now the Henrik version is definitive. I would be mad at him if the circumstance allows, but I simply don't know. & most importantly, it could be about literally anything else, bc I'm not Liz and her personal life is none of my business

p.s. i know im a mod so this looks v. much like im telling y'all what to do. it's not! i talk like this anyway. i just want you all to be careful of your pettiness & holding up the same group of artists blinding you. im not going to ban anyone for disagreeing with me
