This is probably gonna be one of my favorite PC releases of the year. This track is a vivid dream of pure euphoria, flashing and whizzing past with twinkles, something slightly sinister lurking below a sunlit surface. It's on repeat for me.
What happens around 0:40 and on blows my mind.
There are so many new details I notice every time I listen to it

Just because something is ambient and beatless doesn't mean that it's nothing. This track has melody, structure, and harmony. I don't know if you meant for the original comment to reduce the piece to "noise" or not. If it is noise, it's really beautiful noise. |

Yeah new song is super beautiful. The general "sound sculpting" feel of it really reminds me of Tim Hecker, especially his newest album since that has lots of bright synths and overall euphoric feel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIhIlEY-7FY&list=PL-q5vI0zoezwRNBHL5-XLwwkloGfgunEW&index=1), but this might be a bit better actually lol. Haven't heard that much of Arca tho so there could definitely be a bit of that in there too.
