Thanks so much for this! I always wanted the next 12"s to be Kittycat/Somebody Like You and Physical/Ooh but now that Physical (B Who I Want 2 B) has been given away, I'll have to come up with something new. I love this idea about the collection of the 8 tracks. I still kick myself over never buying Bipp/Elle and Lemonade/Hard. I feel like we're getting Just Like We Never Said Goodbye, Ooh and Yloppump given that they are the three that have been registered on Ascap, plus the shoes that supposedly say Yloppump in the Sophie Summer Products 2015. I'm feeling: 1. Bipp 2. Elle 3. Lemonade 4. Hard 5. Yloppump 6. Ooh 7. Somebody Like You or Kittycat or other? 8. Just Like We Never Said Goodbye right now I am almost 100% positive that OOH is just an earlier version of BIPP with different lyrics. They are way too similar to be released on the same album. Considering in 2011 Ooh and Bipp were played alongside eachother, both basically complete, I think they're very different songs. Still this isn't wrong, Ooh is very old and I think Sophie's always interested in moving his music forward (probably why he sold B Who I Want 2 B) I have no idea what YLOPPUMP could possibly refer to, but I think L.O. is more likely to complete into L.O.V.E., which is spelt out in at least one rare set.

I have a hard time thinking that this song won't be one of the ones released this summer, not only is it one of the most powerful things Sophie's done so far, it's something that could easily be translated to festivals and big shows as a crowd-pleaser. Every time I've seen him in the past year, and every full-set video I see has him playing this, almost more than any other track. Also I just desperately want to hear it as loud as possible again. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DqfeA3P24M

When I saw Ryan Hemsworth last week he played that song. I actually got confused & thought it was Kitty Cat at first because I've watched that YouTube video so many times, and then I realized I only know that song as "SOPHIE amazing" I'm surprised we don't have some kind of fan ID for that track actually, considering how often SOPHIE includes it in his sets.

That's an edit/vip of Hard (which I also hope gets released, it's so fucking good) Pretty sure this is YLOPPUMP (listen to the vocal samples):

Just Like We Never Said Goodbye right now I guess this is a good a time as any to ask - are the Rinse tracks considered "exclusively" Sophie? I've always figured they were both Sophie and Danny, because they seem to have a lot of Danny-ish influences, especially Somebody Like You.

Lol I knew when I wrote this that it wouldn't take long for people to make fun of me as an interviewer Kinda funny. Apparently I've been living under a rock to not know who Richard X is... I actually think it comes down to being American though. Also... *sigh* the first article quoting my interview has appeared, I knew this would happen but still don't like it.

I'm just speculating though, we will find out soon enough nope

Hang on I've just totally screwed up again. I've just confused the 'ID' from Sophie's Rinse set with the song sgz posted. That was what I meant to say I think YLOPPUMP is.. god I'm really having a bad day today please ban me from here already lol

In that SOPHIE amazing video, that first track flows really well into Kittycat, so I'm thinking (or hoping) that it's an intro for Kittycat or possibly an A/B-side to the single. I'm still pretty sure that SXSW track I posted is YLOPPUMP, it's the only thing i've heard from him so far that really seems fitting of that title.

I'm slightly dyslexic, usually only with unfamiliar words so I only just now realized it's not YOLOPUMP which did seem like a strange name but YLOPPUMP is not any less strange, lol. I also noticed that if you reverse the first four letters it says POLYPUMP which makes me think of a) polyester shoes and b) Polly but this is probably putting way too much thought into it.
