i just gotta say that even FLUME is trying to cop those sophie beats so don't come for artists trying to copy styles. its the way of life flume is future bass, which isn't really Sophie at all. I'm talking abt the people who's music could literally be a release on PCM. I'm not demoting their talent, I just think it's annoying when they're like "My music isn't like PCM at all" when it is i wasn't replying to you i was actually referring to b*ys*m calling basskid out for ripping off sophie. and flume may be 'future bass' but after the chainsmokers and zedd killed it, he's clearly more interested in minimalist trap music atm |

I think you all very well know what I mean by PCM style, regardless of how u twist it to make it seem I'm "lumping all of PCM together". Sure, they experiment with some different musical aspects, but all the artists share that signature, hyper-real quality PCM is known for. You know, kinda chip-tune synths, chipmunk vocals, minimal bass, onomatopoeic percussion. Stop trying to me smart with me when u all know very well what I'm talking about when I say "pcm style music" No, PC music is a label, not a genre. Anyone who knows at least a LITTLE bit about pop music can hear that there is a certain formula to pop music & pop production, and PC music has taken that formula to its most extreme. SURPRISINGLY not a new concept (@aqua in the 90s. Don't play.) Anyway, send me ur email and I'll send u the zip files to the 11 song album I released when I was 13 and the 16 song album I released when I was 16. All pop music, all bubbly and "PC" sounding or whatever the fuck, and all produced/written by me. I've been at this for 10 yrs babe. PC music didn't invent chip tune synths, "chipmunk vocals", or minimal bass........... I think ur talking about the 90s?! I know pcm didn't invent their sound 100% but they did popularize it, and many artists these days are using that sound in their music. And yes, I will buy sex party on iTunes bc it's a great song😄 |

Now everyone sees a big name on the production credits and give him all the credit for that song, not helping Sophie get famous for HIS HARD WORK |
