Old GFOTY/Polly Salmon tracks, shelved Polly Salmon album

As today has been such an important day for PC Music, I've been doing loads of research and I stumbled across something amazing.
I was looking at the Facebook page for Powermilk (A.G. Cook and GFOTY's band from the Gamsonite label) and Spencer Noble (Dux Consort) had posted a link to a YouTube containing three strange old videos, one of them a music video titled "For Jock, My Valentine" starring GFOTY.
The YouTube is titled "redhotcools". It's four years old and contains three videos, all with around 100 views.
The artist for the second two tracks is someone called "Redhot"... but the question is... who is Redhot?
