So I recently re-discovered this "song" and I use quotes there because unfortunately only a snippet has ever been available.
And I noticed some members said that they felt it contained negative stereotypes among other ill feelings in the 'Will we get SOPHIE releases this summer' thread. I thought that was interesting as I didn't particularly glean that from the lyrics, but again that's part of the issue as the only copies of this song out there aren't the best quality. So I thought to dig a bit deeper and see what I could find.
User jamie took a stab at the lyrics:
I think that's pretty close, but I listened to it over and over and over again and this is what I got (the asterisk* denotes lines that are hard to hear/parse with the versions available):
So they're pretty evocative. But I think there's a lot more to the song than its surface level if we place it in context.
It seems 'Ooh' was produced for Matthew Lutz-Kinoy's (who was apart of Motherland, SOPHIE's former band) performance piece 'Donna Haraway's Expanded Benefits Package'. In an interview about the show Lutz-Kinoy discusses that his theoretical framework was born out of reading José Esteban Muñoz's book 'Cruising Utopia'. One of the ideas explored is the death drive as viewed through a queer theory lens. I think that connection is important to 'Ooh' because that last verse seems evocative of reckless or even dangerous hedonism.
So unfortunately I don't think the simple conclusion that that the song was from the POV of a woman addressing a gay guy is correct. SOPHIE always plays with expectations and seems to be interested in always subverting those expectations in many ways either aurally, lyrically, or in performance (his Boiler Room set for example). I think that the vocalist is a woman is a bit of a musical red herring. When viewed in its context as apart of Matthew Lutz-Kinoy's show I see the song as a gay man during a hedonistic excursion or frustrating time in his life.
At least that's what I get from the current information. I wish that there was a better quality version so that the lyrics could be better heard. But I would be interested to hear what other people think, and maybe someone has a better version of the song than the one I posted? If you do, let me know! Also, does anyone know the vocalist?

Am I your lover when you fantasize
Or just another educated eye
Undercover, bodies intertwine
Is it my body that you're fallin' (?) or my dress design (?)
If you step up, would I care?
Ooh, tell me baby, could you take me there
I need a champion, a room/roof for one night ()
I don't need another queen in my life
Ooh, tell me baby, make up your mind
Because I think about you all the time
You know you've only got one night to shine
So ooh, tell me baby, make up your mind
[x2]
Ooh, tell me baby
Ooh ooh, tell me baby
[x2]
In this darkness, piercing laser beams
gyrating bodies pumping latex dreams
I get so lonely, life in magazines
I'm your playgirl baby push me to my knees
Grab me, drag me, do it fast
Down to the river by the shard of glass (?)
I need a champion, a room/roof for one night ()
I don't need another queen in my life
Or just another educated eye
Undercover, bodies intertwine
Is it my body that you're fallin' (?) or my dress design (?)
If you step up, would I care?
