A friend of mine who was there told me the set seemed pretty lax by Sophie standards. Not a whole lot of mixing between tracks, and he mostly played whole songs to completion. DOSS's set, however, apparently contained several housier remixes of other PC classics. Is this more or less accurate? Did the friend by any chance record it? unreleased SOPHIE live + minimal crowd noise = a dream come true No, sadly

DOSS's set, however, apparently contained several housier remixes of other PC classics. Is this more or less accurate? Very accurate—maybe that's why I felt okay leaving early and not staying for the whole set. But who knows what he was saving for last at the end? Arrived as Sophie was playing VYZEE. I also remember him playing Yelle-Moteur Action remix, Vroom Vroom, KOI, HARD, MSMSMSM—each song played full in mostly original state, no additional remixing... Things I couldn't recognize: some slower trap-like instrumentals, a sped up '80s disco song One fun thing: a photographer got up on the raised platform to take a picture of Sophie and he put his hand out to block the lens and shook his head no. *To be fair, this is the vibe at Art Basel—so much money gets pushed around here, brands bring in name DJs [worst case scenario, socialite DJs] to play at their sponsored parties with open bars, which brings in people that want to just get drunk and don't care too much about what they're actually listening to. So I understand why artists don't give their full effort—these are gigs that make money. I went to a Jamie xx DJ set earlier this week and felt like he was playing a wedding or something. Playing feel-good songs in full with little mixing. I also firmly believe this is NOT the kind of event where you'd drop new music lol. No one would appreciate it.

Haha YES!! You're the human Shazam. Did you or anyone you know record audio from it? I'd love to hear any of these songs without all the crowd noise
