Is anyone going? I've been considering making the drive all week, but haven't seen any clear information about where sophie is playing, within the art basel festival. The Festival doesn't open to the public until the 3rd and they're playing on the 2nd so I guess it's just some vip thing

Thought it might be private because it's the only listing on his tour dates without a link to buy tickets. And there's no information on it whatsoever

Email him! I did when I saw his outdated tour dates on his website several months back and asked for details because me and my friend were going to drive down there from Atlanta and he replied and told me that was a show from the year before and he told me to save the trip. But that was a several months ago and I know Art Basel is coming up so just ask him

Anyone recording the audio? It seems that it won't be interrupted by wooing and cheering and screaming the whole time, so we could get recordings of unreleased SOPHIE with little to no crowd noise.

It says "December 2 - 5". Maybe it's like a mini-festival of some sorts?

Did anyone go to either this one or the Baby's Alright one?

I went to the Baby's. His set started at 2am. About 18 people there, pretty empty—the location was a little out of the way from the heart of Wynwood where more of the action was happening—so QT dancing stuck out a lot. He played all the hits.

A friend of mine who was there told me the set seemed pretty lax by Sophie standards. Not a whole lot of mixing between tracks, and he mostly played whole songs to completion. DOSS's set, however, apparently contained several housier remixes of other PC classics. Is this more or less accurate?

Jealous of you digitalrain. An empty venue is obviously not great from the artist's perspective, but from a purely selfish standpoint being the only person on the dance floor is bliss. Plenty of room to move around and I don't have to worry about hitting anyone or getting my feet stepped on. My poor toes still haven't recovered from the abuse they took at SXSW

Did the friend by any chance record it? unreleased SOPHIE live + minimal crowd noise = a dream come true
