You should convert the files to .ogg like official files. Do you have an account on Zenius-I-Vanisher?
I could make graphics or something. I really like Stepmania lmao

For about as long as BIPP has been out, I've been bedridden and incapable of using a computer. And for about as long, I've imagined a stepfile for it starting with an even 13 quarter-quantized steps for every eight beats of the song up to 0:18 in the three minute cut. Followed by an exponential slowdown into absolute unreadability from 0:21-0:23. Stop at 0:28. Rubbery, smoothed, high impact BPM shifts at 0:33. BPM doubled in relatively normal sections, up to abrupt halving to normal at 1:05. Ridiculous speed on freeze arrow at 1:16. ... You get the idea.
I don't know what your charting style is, but I hope you at least let the possibilities of the "gimmicky abomination" variety stew in your head. 8)

I do have stops and crazy bpm changes here and there. I went crazy with the bpm changes on Palette, Hard, and My Song.

I do have the 13 quarter quantized (they're called 16th actually, quarter would be the red 1 per beat). I mean multiply the BPM so that 13 quarter-quantized steps fit evenly into eight beats of the song. Intentionally horribly off-beat. It always seemed fitting to me somehow.
