One of my favorite producers, Mr. Oizo, just released an EP led by a song featuring Charli XCX. It's a crazy jam and a testament to her radically dope taste in producers. If you don't know who this man is, I suggest you look into him: he's been making some of the wackiest electronic music of the past 2 decades (most visibly on Ed Banger Records but most recently on Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder label)
He mostly makes instrumental stuff, but when he has worked with vocalists in the past the results have been awesome: see for example this collab with Uffie, which A.G. played an edit of, nightcore style, at SXSW.
Though tbh I've always felt that the classic version is Oizo's remix of said Uffie track, which can't be found anywhere on the internet WINK WINK, because it goes a little harder.
I believe PC Music follows him on Twitter (I suspect he is an influence on SOPHIE and AG, and I would die for a collab), and given Charli's recent and future work with SOPHIE I suspect this release will be relevant to most of your interests.
The EP is streamable at this pitchfork link but it seems to be a "exclusive premier" kind of thing because it doesn't exist on public soundcloud. Guess they premiered it so we have to give them pageviews if we want to hear, until it's eventually released of course! In any case, the whole E.P. is just as good as anything else in his back catalog (the 2 non-Charli tracks are NUTS), and is highly recommended for any reader of this forum.
