SOPHIE played at Melt festival this weekend and I'm pretty sure he played two new tracks! I uploaded both of them to soundcloud. sadly the quality isn't too good |

Omg thank you so much!! Can you help with the rest of the setlist? I was there as well and he played some stuff I've never heard before. From what I remember he definitely played LOVE, Kitty Cat, Burn Rubber, Throw It Up, Unisil, Hard, Friday Night (Sophie Remix), Zig Zag, Vroom Vroom, JLWNSG, Vyzee and Body Mop. There was a really nice 4-to-the-floor track in the middle and this sweet piano song near the end that were completely new to me.

he can also hook you up with 'You Keep Me Safe' of which is the ballad sam played as his closer and which i think is the second one you're looking for also i don't think he played kittycat but i don't know that one so well so i might be wrong i really hoped to meet some forums friends there but i had no internet on my phone so i couldnt ask  hopefully next time!! |

SOPHIE played at Melt festival this weekend and I'm pretty sure he played two new tracks! I uploaded both of them to soundcloud. sadly the quality isn't too good Okay so SOPHIE keeps doing this thing where he plays these new trappyish bangers for a few months and then stops playing them completely and everytime I get really disappointed so I'm REALLY hoping that the instrumental that was uploaded does not get the same treatment bc it's probably one of the darkest sounding things SOPHIE has every done. The first minute sounds straight up menacing and atonal and the second half has this little high synth line that reminds me of the theme to Halloween or the Exorcist and I'm really digging this track. Of course I also love the Big Freedia but I'm very worried that SOPHIE's gonna scrap this eerie instrumental Bc he scraps so many good instrumentals (Fiber, THXunder, the bubbly metallic track he was playing after Lemonade for a while recently, etc) |
