Garden of Delete is sooooooooooo good. Kinda the anti-PC Music though, as nicogrund said. If anything the clean R+7 sounds were more PC Musicish.
(Sticky Drama is effin' anthem.)

The OPN/PC Music comparisons are really interesting. The Ford & Lopatin album Channel Pressure, 0PN is Lopatin, I think is a precursor to a lot of PCM's sound. They used to record under Games, but were facing a lawsuit from The Game or something like that and had to change their name, which I think unfortunately lead to a lot of fans not knowing the album was released. The album has a mixture of ambient and pop songs, and does a lot of the repurposing of pop sounds and meditations on consumerism/internet culture that PCM does in a semi-similar matter. The most obvious 0PN influence in PCM (aside from Bubs, of course) is A.G.'s remix of Repeat Pleasure, but there's definitely other little touches throughout their whole catalogue that could be directly 0PN influenced. Haven't heard G.O.D. yet but I'll definitely check out the leak. I think a reciprocal influencing is definitely happening tho. Also, if you liked Channel Pressure, check out Autre Ne Veut's Anxiety, which Ford & Lopatin had a hand in producing. Autre Ne Veut is amazing. Play by Play is one of my favorite songs of all time even though I've played it 300000 million times.

Dvnots his new album is streaming on npr if you didn't know www.npr.org/2015/09/23/442274312/first-listen-autre-ne-veut-age-of-transparencyi haven't listened to it nearly enough to weigh it up against anxiety, but it takes his sound into some very interesting and experimental place. probably the only time someone got more experimental than their work with opn. and yeah, holy fuck garden of delete. i could incoherently ramble about it for hours but i'll refrain

Rustie has been such a tease regarding his new album and already it looks like he's gone back to the Glass Swords-y type of stuff (thank god). Can't wait for it to be announced! http://instagram.com/p/8PT0xONrPi
